Since our app works in offline mode, we never see or access your contacts. Our app never syncs or uploads your contacts to any server. It prepares VCF file on your device and let you send it to yourself via your Mail app. If you lost your contacts and can not access your email account please do not request your backup file from us. Because we don't have your contacts or backup files. All backup operations completed on your device and sent to your email account via Mail app on your device.
